Friday Blog Roundup – June 6

without comments

It’s time for another weekly roundup of some blog posts that caught my eye this week. (Do I need to rephrase that?). Hope these give you some good reading material over the weekend.

If you want to see note taking in your bible to the extreme, then you need to visit Chad’s blog and check out his creation of a “blank bible”. There’s something there that actually appeals to me. I may have to try this out some time if my wife wouldn’t kill me for taking the time with the project!

Some of you may be aware that there’s a tool out that integrates Google maps with the bible. Biblemap.org is still in beta mode (as of this writing) and is pretty nice to use. Considering they use my preferred translation of the ESV bible, it makes it all the better. Bob Hyatt over at “Pastor Hacks” brought it back to mind for me this past week.

Mike St. Pierre shares some tips on balancing work and life at his blog, “The Daily Saint”.

And last but not least, Seth Godin nails down some solid advice for emails with a checklist of ideas to consider the next time you get ready to hit the “send” button.

That’s it for this week. Enjoy your weekend. I’ll see you again on Monday!
