As an add-on to my series last week: “Read to Grow”, I wanted to include some additional links I’ve found in my own blog reading these past few weeks. You can never have enough information about how to improve in whatever field you find yourself…
- The LifeDev blog has a post this week on “8 Ways Reading Makes You Better At Life”. Good stuff to consider here.
- Simple and to the point, The “Church Crunch” blog has a quick snippet titled “Never Stop Learning”.
- Tim Ferriss and Kevin Rose have done a fun little video on their five “must read” books. This is quite business heavy but it might spur you on in creating your own list as I mentioned in my own series.
- ..and last but not least, I wanted to remind you again of the video series you can pick up on DVD with Mortimer Adler and Charles Van Doren discussing their classic work: “How To Read A Book”. This was a series of long lost videos that you now can own on DVD that explain the main thoughts in the book. A great pickup for under $30.
